Olivia Long is a gestural abstract artist who creates robust compositions bursting with color and energy. Long uses adaptive drawing tools specifically designed for her to work with her unique range of motion. Vibrant clusters of electrical energy sizzle throughout the picture plane of her ecstatic compositions. Over time, the buildup of these energies creates a vibrating field of intensity much like the feeling of looking up at the sun and closing your eyes.
